1. Products and orders

We sell gaming PCs, computer components, accessories and related services. The description, specifications and contents of each product are shown on its product page. Please check these details before ordering, particularly what is included in a PC bundle.

After you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgement. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for items we cannot supply. We will contact you before making a significant change to the product you ordered.

2. Prices and payment

The total price, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before you place your order. Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout.

If you choose bank transfer, your order will not be treated as paid until the funds have reached our account. Please use the order reference shown in your payment instructions.

3. Delivery

We currently deliver all over the UK. Available delivery options, charges and estimated times will be shown before you order. If we agree a different delivery date with you, we will confirm it.

Items in a complete setup bundle may arrive in separate parcels. We will let you know if this applies to your order. Please contact us if a parcel is missing, damaged or delivered to the wrong address. We are responsible for goods until you, or a person you have nominated, receives them.

4. Cancelling an online order

For most goods bought online, you can change your mind and cancel within 14 days after receiving them, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in separate parcels, the 14 days starts after you receive the last parcel.

To cancel, email jhkpcco@gmail.com with your name and order number, or use the cancellation form below. After telling us you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when you change your mind, unless we have agreed to pay it. Please contact us before returning a PC so we can give you the correct return address and packing instructions.

We will refund you in accordance with your legal rights, including the standard delivery charge where one was paid. We may make a lawful deduction if goods have lost value because they were handled beyond what was necessary to inspect them. We will not charge a restocking fee for exercising your statutory cancellation right.

Some genuinely personalised goods made to your individual specifications may be exempt from the change-of-mind cancellation right. We will tell you clearly before you order if we believe an exemption applies. Choosing standard PC components or buying a PC assembled from standard parts does not automatically remove your cancellation right.

5. Faults and your consumer rights

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something you bought from us is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact jhkpcco@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will explain the next steps and provide the remedy required by law, which may include a refund, repair or replacement.

Any warranty we offer is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights. The details of any included or optional warranty will be provided separately.

6. Repairs and other services

The scope, price and expected timescale for a repair or other service will be agreed with you before work begins. We will carry out services with reasonable care and skill. If we find that additional work or parts are needed, we will explain the cost and ask for your agreement before proceeding.

If you book a service online or by phone and want work to begin during a statutory cancellation period, we will explain how starting the work affects cancellation and obtain any consent required by law.

7. Complaints

If you have a question or complaint, email jhkpcco@gmail.com and include your order number if you have one. We will review the issue and respond as soon as reasonably possible. You do not need to send a recorded letter or report a fault within 8 days to retain your legal rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protections or rights you have under applicable law.
