We offer UK delivery and collection by prior arrangement. Here's what you need to know before placing your order.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Free on orders over £250. Delivery charges for other orders are calculated at checkout.

NEXT-DAY DELIVERY

Available for an additional charge on eligible orders. Prices and availability are shown at checkout. Next-day delivery applies once your order is ready for dispatch.

CUSTOM PC ORDERS

Custom PCs may require additional time for assembly and testing. We'll provide an estimated timeframe before confirming your order.

COLLECTION

Collection is available in South London by prior arrangement only. Please contact us in advance to organise a suitable time and confirm the collection details.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

CHANGING YOUR MIND

For most online purchases, you have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return the item.

REFUNDS

Where applicable, refunds include the basic delivery charge, but not additional charges for premium delivery.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility where this was communicated before purchase.

CUSTOM-BUILT PCs

Some genuinely personalised products may be exempt from cancellation rights. However, choosing standard PC components does not automatically make a computer exempt.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. Your statutory consumer rights still apply.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

WARRANTY & SUPPORT

We offer the following warranty options on eligible computers.

STANDARD WARRANTY — 6 MONTHS

Our standard warranty provides six months of cover, subject to the warranty terms confirmed before purchase.

PREMIUM WARRANTY — 12 MONTHS

An optional 12-month warranty is available for an additional charge on eligible computers. Pricing, coverage and exclusions will be confirmed before purchase.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Our warranties are additional benefits and do not affect your statutory consumer rights, which may continue after the warranty expires.
